Psychological Services

Psychological testing:

Psychological testing is done by a psychologist or under the supervision of a psychologist or psychiatrist. At Core Psych, PLLC, we provide an array of psychological testing for many conditions, including but not limited to the following:

• Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)

• Cognitive or intellectual disability

• Dementia and memory loss

• Personality disorders and complicated mood disorders

• Autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

Furthermore, we provide vocational testing, IQ testing for intelligence, and the ADOS-2 test for autism spectrum disorder. Depending on your needs and your psychiatric and psychological presentation, testing may or may not be recommended.

Therapy:

We offer various forms of psychotherapy, depending on the needs of our patients. We have staff trained in various individual therapies, and play therapy, all catered to children, adolescents, and young adults. We offer the following therapies:

• Cognitive behavioral therapy

• Supportive therapy

• Play therapy

• Group therapy

• Mindfulness

• Psychoeducation
